These Terms apply to your use of the Matis Eat website and mobile application ("Platform"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Platform, you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Your submitted order is an offer. A binding agreement is formed only when the order is accepted and confirmed.

5. Prices and Fees

Applicable prices, taxes, delivery fees, service fees, and any other charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

6. Payment Methods

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Method availability may vary by device, location, and risk checks.

7. Promotions and Vouchers

• Promotions may have eligibility rules and expiry dates.
• Credits and vouchers are generally not exchangeable for cash unless required by law.
• Expired offers are not reactivated unless required by law.

8. Delivery and Pick-Up

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. You must provide correct delivery details and be available to receive the order.

9. Product Information and Allergens

Partners are responsible for product preparation and ingredient/allergen information. If you have severe allergies, contact the Partner before placing an order.

10. Complaints and Remedies

Report missing, incorrect, or defective items promptly through support. Available remedies may include replacement, refund, voucher, or price adjustment, depending on legal rights and case facts.

11. Right of Withdrawal

For perishable goods and immediately performed services, withdrawal rights may be limited as permitted by applicable consumer law.

12. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Platform, including fraud, abusive behavior, unlawful content, or technical interference.

13. Reviews and User Content

Reviews must be lawful and respectful. Matis Eat may moderate or remove violating content.

14. Enforcement

For policy violations, Matis Eat may issue warnings, apply temporary restrictions, suspend, or terminate accounts, and take legal action where necessary.

16. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion in either of these ways:

• In-app: Profile or Account section, then "Delete my account".
• By email: send a request from your registered email address to info@matiseat.com with subject "Account Deletion Request".

Deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days, subject to identity verification and legal retention obligations.

17. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, and related rights belong to Matis Eat AB or its licensors.

18. Service Availability

Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party dependencies.

19. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
